Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has opened its first two renovated Signature Three-Bedroom Pool Villas, setting a new design direction for the Hoi An resort’s multi-bedroom accommodations.
The two villas — an ocean-view and a beachfront villa, both fronting Ha My Beach and the East Sea — mark the next stage of a resort-wide redesign after the One-Bedroom and Family Villas completed renovation in last December.
The Signature Ocean-View Three-Bedroom Pool Villa and Signature Beachfront Three-Bedroom Pool Villa are the first glimpses of the resort’s larger Three-Bedroom Pool Villa collection, which is still to follow. While Hoi An’s villa market has leaned heavily on heritage-house charm for two decades, this renovation, led by HBA Singapore, keeps that Hue garden-house DNA while pulling interiors toward a lighter, more contemporary coastal register. This is a shift aimed squarely at multi-generational groups who want space and privacy without losing the sense of place.
“Throughout this journey, our intention has been to preserve the original character and spirit of the resort while refining the seaside experience for guests,” says General Manager Marcel Oostenbrink. “Our first two Signature Pool Villas offer an early glimpse into the next phase of the resort’s design evolution, elevating the space, privacy, and intuitive details that guests travelling together value most.”
Each villa’s three bedrooms use a reimagined “sleep temple” concept, with a raised canopy bed, soft drapery and pendant lighting drawn from the silhouette of Vietnam’s Non La hat that’s paired with garden-access bathrooms and an outdoor rain shower. Living areas open fully to the outdoors, with a bay window, a daybed and an enhanced infinity pool with recessed lounge seating. The beachfront villa adds direct sand access, while the ocean-view villa trades that for a sunken pool-deck lounge built for sunset.
For travellers looking for the perfect weekend escape from Hong Kong or Singapore, Da Nang sits under three hours by air, making it close enough to make a three-bedroom villa a viable long-weekend proposition for extended family rather than a full-week commitment.
Booking a Signature Pool Villa includes a roundtrip Hoi An–Da Nang airport transfer, a personal attendant, a bottle of Nam Hai Negroni per bedroom, curated cocktail garnishes and snacks, and daily laundry for up to six pieces, always handy when you’re travelling with kids.
