Regent Seven Seas Cruises unveils its largest-ever spa and wellness space aboard Seven Seas Prestige, including a first in-suite gym, first salt room and expanded longevity treatments ahead of December’s maiden voyage.
Arguably the most anticipated ship launch of 2026, Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ new Seven Seas Prestige promises a wellness experience as indulgent as its culinary offering. The ship, which launches in December, will boast an expanded Serene Spa & Wellness complex complete with a salt room, a private in-suite gym and a significantly longer treatment menu dedicated to longevity.
The investment builds on the ship’s recently revealed Solara Sports Deck, giving Seven Seas Prestige the most comprehensive fitness and wellness footprint Regent has put to sea.
“Wellness has become a cornerstone of the Regent experience for many of our guests,” said Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Every detail, from the technology guiding a single treatment to the philosophy behind the space itself, has been considered to help our guests feel truly restored.”
Staying Fit at Sea
The wellness enclave, located on Deck 4, will feature a fitness centre equiped wall-to-wall with Technogym’s new Sand Stone Collection, making the ship one of the first in the world to carry it. In addition, Technogym’s Mywellness digital platform will help guests track workouts and participate in on-demand classes. The space will also feature a dedicated studio for yoga, Pilates and cycling.
Keeping with the wellness theme, the ship’s Skyview Regent Suite will feature a 161 sq ft private gym — Regent’s first in-suite fitness studio — fitted with the Technogym Bike Personal Live, Kinesis Personal Vision and Technogym Visio, with guests ofered two complimentary spa treatments daily, conductted in-suite or in the spa itself.
A Holistic Haven
The Serene Spa will also boast ten treatment rooms, including a dedicated acupuncture room, a medi-spa room and a couple’s suite, alongside a complimentary thermal circuit housing the line’s inaugural salt room, saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, snow room and heated loungers.
The treatment list draws on Regent’s ongoing partnership with ELEMIS, adding Cryotighten + Firm and Red Light Face Mask Therapy, while the expanded Medi-Spa introduces Thermage FLX and truSculpt skin-tightening, the NEXA portable skin imaging system, Niagen NAD+ Longevity IV drips and LED-enhanced acupuncture, ensuring Regent’s most clinical wellness offering to date.
