W Bali – Seminyak has launched Club Lacoste, a chic new padel club complete with a boutique stocking the brand’s first dedicated padel capsule
There are many reasons to visit Indonesia’s Island of the Gods, from the culture and temples to the surf breaks. But one thing that continues to draw in travellers throughout the year is the island’s padel scene, which is arguably the most dynamic in Asia. Now, on the cusp of one of Bali’s best beaches, there’s a new destination for padelophiles.
Sets by the Sand

Padel, one of the world’s fastest-growing sports, is a forgiving game to start. The new courts welcome players of all skill levels, and are open daily from 8 am to 9 pm to resort guests and the wider community alike.
Between the beach and the boutique, W Bali – Seminyak has added a new soundtrack: the flat pop of a padel ball beneath the tropical sun with the launch of Club Lacoste, a sophisticated sport-and-style concept created with the French fashion house and centred around two padel courts and an official Lacoste retail boutique.
It’s the perfect setting for Lacoste’s debut of its first dedicated padel capsule, with Lacoste padel rackets and footwear sitting alongside the boutique’s newest padel apparel collection. For a label whose crocodile was born on the tennis court, padel is a natural next step, and Bali is an unusually sunny place to test it.
Off the Court

The boutique is not confined to padel style essentials. Guests can browse a curated selection of fragrances, watches, eyewear, apparel and accessories across Lacoste’s wider racket sports categories, a lineup the resort frames as a mix of athletic performance and French elegance. In practice, it means you can go from a match to a new polo without leaving the property, with the new Club Lacoste a place to play, shop and meet people between games.
According to Jeffrey Chan, Director of Marketing at W Bali – Seminyak, the collaboration is part of the iconic resort’s commitment to fresh lifestyle experiences for guests and the greater community.
In fact, the W intends to build the partnership through a series of activations celebrating the intersection of sport, fashion and culture, so watch this space if a Bali long weekend is in the cards.
